Rosemary Chicken

INGREDIENTS
-chicken breast
-cup of cooking wine
-half a cup of soy sauce
-one choppped onions
-rosemary
-paprika
-brown sugar


DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Marinade over night
3. Bake for 1 hours @ 350 degrees
4. Enjoy

Wow, this looks very tasty and the recipe is so simple! Any suggestions about which wine to use? I know the flavor of the wine can really impact the flavor of the dish, especially if you marinate it over night. I really like these wines: www.academiewines.com. I'll bet the blend #3 would be pretty tasty for this.
