A little story Id like to share...
When I was little my Grandpa had an empanada business.
I remember how busy him and my Grandma were, always cooking.
There was this big silver machine, flattening the dough.
And this big wok, cooking the ingredients.
It smelled so nice!
I sometimes helped seal the empanada and close it with a fork.
Their empanadas were so good.
So moist and tasty.
I miss it...
